About us

Effective International Expansion

The primary mission of the World Business Bridge Foundation Poland is to support the growth of Polish companies on a global scale. We recognize the opportunities that lie ahead for Polish business expansion into other parts of the world. Being fully aware of the challenges in scaling businesses and the risks associated with expanding operations, we aim to assist companies in this ambitious endeavor. As the name of our foundation suggests, we help build bridges between entrepreneurs, scientists, and professionals from around the world. We connect businesses with potential clients, investors, academic institutions, industry organizations, and both governmental and local public administrations. We believe in the potential of Polish business, so we support companies regardless of their stage of development or their revenue levels. In our Foundation’s programs, you will find both startups looking for their market niche and established companies in need of scaling assistance. Our primary activities include organizing business meetings while building an ecosystem of companies that can benefit from our extensive business experience and vast network of contacts. We create a nexus for businesses where they can collaborate with potential partners and leverage the expertise of individuals within our network. Pro Bono Initiatives

The World Business Bridge Foundation aspires to make a positive impact on communities and economies in developing countries worldwide. One of our key objectives is to stimulate entrepreneurship as a driving force for sustainable development and improved quality of life. That’s why we also conduct pro bono activities aimed at supporting entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial initiatives, especially in African countries. The World Business Bridge Foundation fully understands that access to resources and support may be limited in developing countries. With passion and commitment, we engage in pro bono efforts that allow us to make an even greater impact in support of local entrepreneurs.

Management Board

Tomasz Sańpruch, MBA

President of the Board

A visionary, business development advisor, expert in strategic and marketing management. President of the World Business Bridge Foundation, publisher and editor-in-chief of Capital24.tv. He teaches strategic, marketing, and crisis management at the Economic-Humanistic Academy in Warsaw, the Higher School of Management in Warsaw, and Collegium Humanum in Warsaw. An economic journalist and television program producer with over 20 years of experience. He specializes in financial topics, investments, and start-ups. In the past, he was associated with TVP, where he served as the head of the Business Editorial Office of TVP Info. His columns and video materials also appeared in Rzeczpospolita, Wprost, Puls Biznesu, and Financial Observer. He is a graduate of Social Policy at the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies: HRM at Jagiellonian University, Central Banking at the Polish Academy of Sciences, Agriculture at SGGW, and an MBA from Apsley Business School in London.

Dr. Okechukwu Nwafor

Vice President of the Board

An economist with extensive experience in both academia and business. He has provided advisory services for public sector entities (governments of Kaduna and Anambra states) as well as the private sector. He is actively involved in the Nigerian business scene – his specialization is the oil industry, where, thanks to his practical knowledge, he can offer reliable advice on the analysis of the region’s oil economy. He currently holds the position of Director of the Polish-African Affairs Center at WSKiZ in Poznań. He is a co-owner of both Polish and Nigerian companies, including: Polish-Nigerian Trade and Investment Forum Pontif Sp. z o.o., Poland, Goclever Ltd, Nigeria, Goodram Ltd, Nigeria, Spatium Business Hub Global Ltd, Coccodrillo Fashion Limited, Exclusive Analysis Limited, Polish Hub and Constructions Limited, Polish Energy Solutions, and Polish Tech Limited. He is a co-founder of the World Business Bridge Poland Foundation and the editor-in-chief of Denvoy Magazine.

Board

Witold Tabaka, MBA

Expert in artificial intelligence and content management. Experienced manager responsible for the introduction and strategy of the information service in Huawei phones in Europe, the United States, Canada, and Australia. A journalist with many years of experience, including in the TVN Warner Bros. Discovery Group: as a host on TVN 24 BiS and as a reporter on “Czarno na Białym” TVN 24. Previously associated with TVP: TVP1 News and TVP2 Panorama, Radio Three, Polish Radio 24, and Radio Campus. Speaker and PR specialist, lecturer at the Economic-Humanistic Academy in Warsaw. He graduated in journalism and social communication from the University of Warsaw, agriculture from SGGW, national security from Daniel Morgan Graduate School in Washington. He earned his MBA from the Main School of Management and Apsley Business School in London.

Prof. dr hab. Jerzy Olszewski

Professor of economic sciences with rich academic and professional experience.
In 1978, he obtained a doctorate in economic sciences, in 1993 he habilitated, and in 2014 he received the title of professor. He worked at many prestigious universities, including the University of Economics in Poznań. He is the author of 300 articles, about 20 books, and numerous scientific monographs.
Main research interests:
• Ergonomics of the work system.
• Work safety management.
• Human resources management.
• Quality management.
• Labor economics.
• He participated in important research projects, including the assessment of job positions in renowned companies and took part in numerous seminars and discussions on workplace conditions research.
• He was also a member of the team responsible for developing the development strategy for the city of Piła.
• He is an honorary member of the Main Board of the Polish Ergonomics Society. He also holds the following positions: Polish Ergonomics Society – Vice President of the Main Board in Warsaw; Ergonomics Commission of the Poznań Branch of PAN – Vice Chairman; National Occupational Safety Association – honorary member; NSZZ Solidarność – member of the university commission, member of the International Ergonomics Association (IEA).

Our Activity

World Business Bridge Foundation is an organization that connects business representatives with scientific experts, specialists, potential investors, and public administration. Our aim is to assist in overcoming the biggest obstacles to business development, which are the lack of appropriate contacts and resources.

Trade Representatives:
We assist in establishing contacts with trade representatives that enable reaching new customer groups in various markets with products and services.

Offices and Coworking Spaces:
We support in finding suitable offices, both traditional and virtual, as well as coworking spaces that foster company growth.

Representatives and Assistants:
We help in recruiting representatives or assistants who will support international expansion.

Business Advisors:
We identify lawyers, accountants, and tax consultants who will assist in resolving the challenges a company might face when entering a completely unfamiliar market.

Marketing and Public Relations Agencies:
We assist in establishing cooperation with marketing, PR, and Public Affairs agencies that will support sales processes, communication, and collaboration with the public sector.
